These Terms of Service apply to your use of the DROP website and any purchase made through the storefront. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the related store policies linked on this page.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse any part of the checkout or tracking flow.

We try to keep product information, images, pricing, and availability accurate, but catalog data can change. We may correct errors, update listings, or remove products at any time.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance if a product is unavailable, restricted for shipment, affected by a pricing error, or flagged for fraud review.

An order is considered accepted after payment is approved and the order is successfully processed by our store systems.

We may cancel or decline orders when necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, fulfillment availability problems, shipping restrictions, or obvious listing errors.

Payments are processed through PayPal and related payment tools. By completing checkout, you authorize the payment processor to charge the amount shown at the time of purchase.

We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

Tracking information is usually provided after dispatch, but carrier events may take time to appear.

The DROP brand, storefront design, written content, and original site materials are owned by or licensed to DROP and may not be copied or reused without permission, except where the law allows.

The store is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DROP disclaims warranties not expressly stated on the site and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the storefront.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms as the business evolves. Revised terms become effective when posted on this page.
